Roadside Assistance

All service providers are independent contractors. Liability for vehicle damage, personal items, or injuries must be addressed directly with the servicing facility.

Parts, labor, repairs, or materials associated with services must be authorized and paid for by the member.

Service is available 24/7 with live dispatch support.

Members are eligible for a maximum of three service calls per 12-month membership period.

Coverage applies to private-use, self-propelled four-wheeled vehicles, trucks, and SUVs up to one-ton (2,000 lbs) carrying capacity.

Each service call is limited to a maximum of $100.00 in covered assistance.

Roadside Assistance Excludes:

• Service if the member is not present at the disabled vehicle
• Transportation for the member after roadside service is completed
• Vehicle storage charges
• Cost of parts, installation, additional labor, or impound fees
• Service for commercial vehicles or those using dealer tags
• Service to illegally parked or impounded vehicles
• Repeated calls for a vehicle needing routine maintenance
• Towing due to accidents, impounds, or to non-service locations
